About the Author

John Boyd has spent 25 years building technology products across more than a dozen industries, from growth-stage startups to global enterprises. As CPO/CTO at SurePoint Technologies, he helped drive a 400% valuation increase through organic growth to a successful PE-backed exit.

Product Evidence grew out of the frameworks, templates, and hard-won lessons John accumulated over two decades of figuring out what to build - and, just as importantly, what to stop building. He wrote it for the PM who is tired of being told what to build by leaders who haven't talked to a customer in years, the founder whose product isn't growing, and the product leader who wants to bring evidence-based discipline to a team that has never done it.
